Generation Choices – Harnessing the Energy of the Oceans

One result of the tragic nuclear accident in Japan is that people are looking a bit more closely at how their electricity is generated, and how it might be in the future. There have been many commentators in the media, although most of the focus has been on the traditional ways of generating electricity. But those in the power industry, universities and research institutions know that there are a number of interesting alternative technologies (beyond wind and solar) under study or in the early stages of development.
